Hill East Community

Following the successful completion of a vibrant new community on the former site of parking lots at DC General Hospital, BSD is excited to be on a world class team for Phase 2. Our winning concept design includes a large Central Park, RFK Memorial Park and leafy streetscapes for new affordable and mixed-income housing, hotel, and retail spaces. See more here.
RiverHouse

BSD is working with JBG Smith and several architecture firms to create a new community in Arlington, set among existing buildings. The project will add a diverse range of new rental and for-sale housing options, neighborhood-serving retail, public parks, trails and other outdoor gathering places throughout the 36-acre RiverHouse Neighborhood in Arlington.
