BSD is on the winning team for Hill East Phase 2

Having led landscape architecture efforts on Phase 1 of the new Hill East project, BSD is thrilled to be on the winning team for the larger and even more impactful Phase 2. Not only is the design and development team of world-class talent, they’re collaborative, mission-driven, humble and a pleasure to work with. This area of abandoned institutional buildings and parking lots is about to be transformed into a new community of affordable and market rate homes, a hotel, much-needed retail and restaurants, and several large parks.
