Landscape Designer II
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture
Required software proficiency: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), Land F/X, SketchUp, Office365
Preferred software proficiency: Lumion, Bluebeam
Demonstrated ability to develop legible graphics and cohesive presentation packages
Strong proficiency translating conceptual design ideas into effective, organized document sets at all phases
Capacity to serve as production lead on construction documents (including but not limited to planting plans, materials plans, schedules, layout plans)
Ability to create accurate and complete custom construction details
Capacity to serve as the primary project management lead on small-scale projects
Proficiency responding to submittals and RFIs in a timely manner during Construction Administration
Associate Landscape Architect
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
All requisites of Landscape Designer II position
Landscape Architect registration required
Additional certifications desired: Arborist, CPSI, AICP, LEED, WELL
Proficiency serving as the primary project manager on large-scale projects
Proficiency in managing QA/QC of production deliverables
Experience managing production staff, providing redlines, prioritizing mentorship
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain project design schedule and budget
Comfort operating in client-facing role as primary point of contact
Strong public speaking and presentation skills

Civil Engineer II
3-6 years of experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Jurisdictional Experience: Washington DC, Virginia, or Maryland
Software Proficiency: Civil3D (or equivalent), TR-55, Microsoft Office
Desired Software: PTR-20, HEC-RAS
Desired Technical Proficiency:
Stormwater Management
Erosion and Sediment Control
Grading and Drainage
Roadway Design
Site Plans
Water and Sewer
Soft Skills
Commitment to environmental equity, innovation, public health and wellbeing

Civil Engineer III
6-8 years of experience
All requisites of Civil Engineer II position
Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification preferred
