Bio

Yoshi comes from a diverse background through which he learned to appreciate the need for good design in urban neighborhoods. Originally from Japan, he has also spent time living and learning in the US and Australia where his work and research ranged in scope from ecotourism, local and international environmental NGOs, and global supply chain management. Since entering the field of landscape architecture, he has served as a graduate student instructor in planting design and worked at a botanical garden and a civil engineering firm. At BSD, he brings an emphasis to process and detail, contributing to the design and implementation of the Design4Impact program while also producing high quality construction documents and graphics.

Interests

Exploring the outdoors both in nature and in cities, soccer, baseball, reading
